Convexe is a house of stories — each work carries a maker and a way of making. The criterion here was never the hand: it is a face, a name and the intention to last. It fits the workshop of one person and it fits the factory with the family name on the door.
Who counts as a maker here
A maker is someone who signs their own work. It is not a diploma or a technique — it is three things.
A maker owns their own time
Nobody here produces to feed a feed. You work at your own pace, and the work is ready when it is ready — not when the algorithm asks.
A maker has skin at stake
Whoever puts their name on the work answers for it. That is what makes the work last, and it is exactly what the faceless institution lost when it became an acronym.
A maker is exposed
Whoever buys sees who made it: face, name, story. There is no hiding behind a brand — and that exposure is what counts as a word given.
You start without paying anything
The shop is R$ 0 a month — no monthly fee, no card at sign-up. And each month the first R$ 750 you sell are entirely yours: only the payment processor's fee is paid. Past that, the house keeps 7.5% of the product value — never of shipping, never of the donation. You start owing nothing and only share once you are on your feet.
The door is curated
You do not come in through an ad here: you come in by invitation, by referral, by a letter telling us who you are and what you make. People read — not an algorithm. Then we open your store together with you.
We do not sell your attention
There is no infinite feed, no advertising, no auction for prominence. Nobody pays to appear ahead of anybody, and your work does not compete for space with advertising. We help sell work, not capture time.
You're not on your own
We help set up the store, write the stories of what you make and look after the details. No jargon, no fine print — at your own pace.
